This is mostly the opposite of a prank, but I thought it was a good story especially since it was just Halloween. Let me know what you think of this crazy story.
And also who you think is behind it? Could it be a candidate's stunt to win votes before the election?

LOL.....I'm not sure what the economics of your post is, but it is a timely post. Perhaps it's a marketing ploy by city officials to drum up tourism in the town.
It may have been Howard Dean practicing for his next presidential campaign run.
