Jose Canseco's New Book

I find it hard to believe that a man with a public disobedience record such as Jose Canseco has the right to accuse people of steroid use. In Canseco's new book he explains how Major League Baseball has such a huge steroid problem along with many accusations about other players using steroids. I am one to believe that this might be used as another attention getter to keep a washed up, criminally troubled Jose Canseco in the news. In his book, Canseco says MLB sluggers like Mark McGuire and Rafael Palmiero obtained and used steroids under the close supervision of Canseco. In the long run Canseco's comments can only hurt him. Sure he might sell more books, but his relationships with a lot of his close friends, that a MLB stars past an present, will be severed. Do you think Canseco's book is helpful or harmful for the MLB? Do you feel Canseco's book will have a positiv or negative effect,if any, on the MLB?
