Bird Flu Vaccine

Here is a little follow up to my previous story of the flu epidemic in birds, throughout Asia.

"The government is preparing to test an experimental bird flu vaccine and is increasing disease surveillance in hopes of reducing the toll from any eventual American outbreak. "
It appears that the flu that hit Asia is becoming more and more severe as the week rolls on. Over a period of a week, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention has been able to accumulate about 2 million vaccinations for these birds. United Nations has expressed their thoughts about this flu by saying, " Asian bird flu outbreak poses the gravest possible danger of becoming a global pandemic", so this is obviouosly now very serious. So far, the dead body count has reached about 45, but thats only counting the few that have died from the flu, their are many more who have caught the flu. Apparently, the Asian population has caught the flu from chickens and the other poultry, as well as person to person. I'd like to know what you guys think about this flu in Asia? What should the U.S. do to help out? Should we worry about the "poultry" flu here? Feel free to express yourself...cause I know Pat, Mike, and Ruth will.
