Quit smoking, lose weight or lose your Job?

The company Weyco Inc is making their employees quit smoking or lose there jobs. They make sure people are quiting smoking by giving there employees urine test once a month. Four employees have quit and 20 employees have stopped smoking. The companies owner know has decided to say that people that are overweight can lose the weight or they can lose there job. He is doing this by offering them help to deal with there weight. Now I think it is one thing to help people quit smoking by offering them bonuses and for losing weight maybe offering them just help. But whey you step in and say that if you dont quit smoking or lose weight then you will get fired is crossing the line. As a person, I can not see how there is not a law suit in the process. Offering help for people how smoke and are over weight is a good idea but I guess they should lose there job if they dont. But at leased the company is going to save money on health care, while your job less.
