Land Could be the Best Investment for the Future
By 2030, researchers estimate that the market for development will be around $25 trillion. This is more than double what the US market currently is. If that is true wouldn't be great to invest in land purchases? Buy land now for a decent price and sell it for triple what you paid for it 20-30 years from now. To me that sounds like a great trade off. I think that there are going to be hundreds of people that will benefit from this potentially going market.

I think invest a land is not a easy thing. And I think is not make sense that if you want to invest there are some places waiting for you. I think all the people maybe have same thinking and feeling with what you think about who are looked after this article, include the government. If all the people to invest, I think the price will be increase to a very high level.
i believe it is a good idea. since the value of the land property will never fall down. it is a low-rist investment when compared with buying bonds or stock. so if you have enough to money to invest, it it not a bad idea.
