Microsoft Vista went on sale Thursday 11/30 for businesses only; it was the first time in five years that Microsoft had released a new system for their personal computers. Beginning January 30 consumers will be able to purchase the new system. Microsoft believes that Vista will make PC's more secure, powerful and graphically dynamic. Also new back-end server software for businesses, as well as Office 2007, will be released the same day for consumers to purchase. PC makers say Vista will enable computers to do things that previously were difficult or costly. Lenovo Group believes that Microsoft Vista will greatly enhance data-backup tools that it builds into its machines. So go out there and get your Microsoft Vista as well.
