“2 years added to MC professors’ early retirement plan. MC’s health insurance plan increases early retirement age to 60. Under the old formula, faculty members could begin receiving early retirement health insurance at the age of 58 with at least 12 years of consecutive full-time service at the College. Now, they must be 60 years old with at least 15 years of service before they can qualify for coverage.”I totally agree that changes to the college’s early retiree health insurance plan may take some faculty members reconsider an early departure from college life. What do you think about this change?
