This is mostly the opposite of a prank, but I thought it was a good story especially since it was just Halloween. Let me know what you think of this crazy story.

ReplyDeleteLOL.....I'm not sure what the economics of your post is, but it is a timely post. Perhaps it's a marketing ploy by city officials to drum up tourism in the town.
